GRAN Leadership Team

GRAN's Leadership Team provides policy direction by connecting the work of the grassroots with national and international agendas. The Team leads strategic planning, goal setting, and assessment processes to ensure that GRAN advocacy campaigns are effective in meeting our mission of advocating for grandmothers, vulnerable children and youth in Africa. They provide support and encouragement to members of the GRAN Steering Committee and Working Groups and facilitate communications within the organization. Each member serves a three year term (with the possibility of renewal for a second term). Terms are staggered so that there is continuity of experience on the team.  Efforts are made to ensure that there is representation from across the country on the Leadership Team.
